POSTAGE INFORMATION

Where do you ship from?

We ship Australia-wide from Kenmore Hills, QLD, 4069 using reusable HeroPackaging mailers.

What does the Express Postage option include?

Our most popular express return postage option includes an express HeroPack return mailer with a pre-filled, ready-to-use return label which you can simply attach to the mailer provided when sending the garment back to us. 

How much does Express Postage cost?

For just $25 you can have your garment arrive on your door step ready to wear for your event.

Express postage to the client as well as a pre-filled express return label & satchel included in the hire package.

When will my package be sent?

All garments are sent via Express Postage on Tuesdays by 12pm, or the nearest possible convenience, to ensure they arrive prior to bookings.

When do I return my package?

All garments must be lodged using the reusable HeroPackaging mailer provided, or via an EXPRESS postage bag, by 5pm on the final hire date.

Please ensure the mailer is returned over the counter and you receive proof of lodgement, or in a YELLOW EXPRESS POSTAGE BIN.

If items are not lodged by Monday 5pm after the hire period, a $30.00 late fee will able charged for every day the item is returned late (refer to 03 Returns for more details).

How do I track my package?

Use your personal Australia Post tracking link, or code, provided here to track your order. 

Please consider postage time frames for your area prior to booking as LA HIRE is not liable for delays in Australia Post. Refer to section 07 Postage in our Terms and Conditions for more details.
